Do you offer onsite training?

Yes, we deliver training onsite at workplaces across NSW.

What if our workplace doesn’t have the required equipment for training?

No problem. If you are based in Tamworth, we can provide compliant equipment and facilities.

What is the minimum age to enrol?

You must be at least 18 years old for high-risk work and civil construction courses.

Do I need prior experience?

No experience is necessary for our courses.

What do I need to bring to training?

100 points of ID, high-visibility clothing, closed shoes and food and water (lunch not provided). To receive your Statement of Attainment, you will also need to provide your USI (Unique Student Identifier).

Do I need to speak English fluently to attend?

Yes, you must demonstrate a basic level of English for safety and understanding of instructions. Language, literacy and numeracy support can be provided if required.

How do I enrol in a course?

You can call or email us directly or submit an enquiry form. Our team will guide you through the process.

Do you offer group training for employers?

Yes. We work closely with businesses to deliver group training sessions tailored to operational needs and scheduling. For more information, please submit a corporate booking form and our team will be in touch to discuss your training needs.

What qualifications or licences do I receive after completing the course?

You will receive a Statement of Attainment for each unit of competency. All high-risk work licences are issued by SafeWork NSW.

What happens if I fail?

If you are not yet competent after your first assessment, you will have the opportunity to be reassessed. A reassessment fee of $200 applies. Our trainers will provide constructive feedback and support you to prepare for re-assessment.

Is refresher training available or required?

Yes, we offer refresher training. Some employers may require this for safety compliance.
