Terry founded K & T Training & Assessing Pty Ltd in 2011, bringing with him over 45 years of hands-on experience in the earthmoving and heavy haulage industries. He is one of the most knowledgeable and experienced trainers in the industry.
While he has been training and assessing since 2011, Terry continues to work in the industry today, keeping his skills sharp and his knowledge current. What sets him apart is not just his years of experience, but the fact that he has actually done the work. He knows the machines inside and out, because he’s been in the seat himself.
Known for his practical approach, Terry is passionate about passing on his knowledge to the next generation of operators, ensuring learners don’t just obtain a qualification, but walk away with the confidence and capability to do the job safely and well.
Kareena Pritchard
Trainer, Assessor
CFO, Chartered Accountant
Kareena grew up in Tamworth and holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) from the University of New England. A member of Chartered Accountants ANZ, she also holds a Master of Business Administration.
With a strong foundation in accounting firms and experience as a CFO in the agricultural industry, Kareena brings a unique blend of financial expertise and hands-on industry knowledge. The daughter of Terry, she has been around machinery her entire life and has also worked within the earthmoving sector, giving her firsthand understanding of the practical skills required on the ground.

Nic Pritchard

With a Defence background and dual trades in Electrotechnology and Refrigeration and Air Conditioning, Nic brings a strong blend of discipline, technical skills, and real-world experience to every training environment. His background across high-risk sectors ensures a focus on safety, practical application and responding to real life situations on the job.
As a trainer, Nic doesn’t just deliver content, he prepares people for the workplace. Known for his safety-first mindset, professionalism and commitment to standards, Nic is a driven, reliable professional with real-life hands-on experience and a strong commitment to developing others through safe, high-quality training so they can step on to site ready, capable and confident.
